The label is read in parts: "***BUTTERMILK PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX***Net Wt 25 LB *** INGREDIENTS: Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat Flour, Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, Wheat Gluten, Cane Sugar, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch), Sea Salt***Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk***.
